PVBC Meeting Minutes: April 1, 2026

Callan Bentley, PVBC Vice President, opened the meeting promptly at 7:00 p.m., at the Ivy Creek Natural Area. There were 21 members present at the meeting.
Callan welcomed members and invited them to share recent interesting bird sightings. Members also discussed good places to bird this Spring.
Membership Update
Sally Tucker shared that PVBC now has 231 active members with at least 6 new members.
Other Updates
Carolyn Bertrand invited people to her home on Wednesday, April 8th, at 5:30 p.m. for a potluck and then to learn to play Wingspan.
Attendees were notified to look at PVBC website under the Projects tab to see information about Window Strike Monitoring and Lights Out initiatives to support and protect birds during migration.

Next Club Meeting
The Club meets next on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in person at the ICNA Education Building. Jim Nix will present to the Club on a topic to be determined.
