PVBC Meeting Minutes: May 6, 2026

Myrlene Staten, PVBC President, opened the meeting promptly at 7:00 p.m., at the Ivy Creek Natural Area. There were 29 members present at the meeting.
Myrlene welcomed members and invited them to share recent interesting bird sightings.
Election of Officers for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
Myrlene presented the proposed slate of officers to members at the meeting and held a vote. The proposed slate of officers was unanimously approved to serve as Board Members for the upcoming fiscal year.

Updates about Club Merchandise thru Land’s End
Callan and Cory continue to work diligently with Land’s End to develop and make accessible Club merchandise that is both attractive and affordable.
Membership Update
Sally Tucker shared that PVBC now has 240 active members with 8 new members.
Other Updates
Caroline Bertrand invited people to her home on Wednesday, May 13th, at 5:30 p.m. for a potluck and then to learn to play Wingspan.
